At the very beginning, you should not have the mixing unit of a newly purchased concrete plant working with full load, or else the plant’s service life will be substantially decreased. The belt conveyor should be free from load before being started up. Neither the mixer nor the belt conveyor shall be started while they are under repairing. No inappropriate aggregates should be adopted. Generally speaking, the size of aggregates must be kept within 80mm. Excessively large aggregates will lead to damages on a plant. It’s forbidden to connect the controlling computer with alien network, nor should it be used for purposes like office working, entertainment or internet games. Any violation to these rules may cause serious accidents of the plant!
